My Review for service I got last week. also was yelped…
I have had better Thai food.
I had the red curry with Duck and rice noodles, in addition to the golden triangles.
The golden triangles were not bad, they were tasty. The sauce that came along with the golden triangles didn’t really complement the appetizer. It felt a little disjointed.
The curry needed some help. It needed more subtle flavors, I am all for spicy food, however, you want to be able to taste other flavors. It was certainly lacking in the curry department, which is a shame as I LOVE Thai curry.
I large problem that I had… WAY OVER PRICED AND LACK OF COMPASSION.
Let me explain:
I called to order lunch (1st time I ate their food)
I asked the total. I was a little blown away over the phone, however instead of questioning it I figured perhaps the portions were going to be large and that is why the total was so high. My lunch arrived late, and I got this small bag. When I opened it, I was this tiny little container of rice noodles (clearly not enough for me to bring home to give to my 3 and 1 year old)
Disappointed at the portion in comparison to what I paid, I was hopeful that the money was going to be worth it when I ate it. Figured that it would be out of this world amazing!
After I dug into the curry and the golden triangles, I was extremely let down and slightly upset. I figured that there might have been a mistake in the charge.
So I called….
I called the # perhaps 7 times throughout the day before I was able to speak to someone. When I spoke to a girl on the phone, she told me that there was no manager on the phone, then she did the math and told me that I was charged the proper amount and that she was sorry that I didn’t enjoy the food.
That was it!!!
There was not attempt in service recovery on any level whatsoever!!!
I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
I am shocked that there are places out there that have no consideration for customer service, especially this day and age.

and our prices. We have been successfully running this family business in Waterville for 13 years and have an extremely loyal following. We’ve managed to prosper in an area where there are still people who think Thai food is from Taiwan not Thailand and people actually think crab rangoon is Asian.
We use only the best ingredients here. The duck we use are raised naturally without any antibiotics or hormones. We do not use any imitation crab meat and the crab meat in our golden triangles are real, local rock crab meat. All our Asian ingredients are imported from Thailand. All our prices are actually on the cheaper end considering the current inflation of food prices and the skyrocketing fuel prices since almost all our ingredients are trucked in or flown in. A pint of $2 rice noodles is not meant to be shared with 2 toddlers and an adult. I know many around here are used to Chinese restaurant portions, but do people realize how low the quality of the ingredients need to be to be able to serve massive portions and still make a decent living? Our portions are right on par with what should be normally consumed at one sitting.
I know we are not perfect and we can not please everyone, considering we’ve managed to do so well with so much adversity and still have many, many wonderful customers, we must be doing something right. I will never apologize for my food, the portion or the price as those are the three reasons my family has done so well in this town.
